June to September....that's whut, 3-4 months?

Wassup people!!! It's been ages truly since I last posted anything here. Reason being, no mood I guess. What I do really need would be some discipline; not the whip wielding lion jumping through the ring of fire kind, just the regular self discipline.

Been thinking about where I'm going and what I've been up to lately.... sometimes I wonder how on earth could I have just let all this time pass me by and all I ever did was surf along. Not that there's anything wrong with surfing along, but where are the reins to control this little horse carriage of a life of mine? I guess the convenience of letting the horse take me somewhere (this idea popped out after watching a very popular tamil film which strangely has made it big in Japan! Thanks talaivaa! ;)) made me just want to sit back and relax. Enjoy the ride? At times maybe...but having everything else control your thoughts, actions and everything in between was just so sucky!

So then I got a wake up call. Lo and behold.....the sneaky little fella called self discipline crept out right under my nose and ran away. Gotta go chase the sneaky fella and tie him down. Sneaky cause at one point I thought I got him by the bollocks (my study on funny/ cool curse slangs is coming in handy now), but then all of a sudden he's gone missing once again. So thanks to a good friend who wielded the whip for me this time (please don't get kinky, it's just metaphoric), I'm pulling myself to get out of what I would consider a little rut.

I know people out there have been through it, but you know, it's true when they say that you'll only learn it best if you go through it yourself. If you're wondering which person says that....well damnit, I just did! Got to get me some books to learn the skills, and reading some very interesting readings on the ways of the world/ universe/ inexplicable yet simple things in life.

My few cents on this, wake up man!!! It's not over yet so work for it and just keep going. Cause no one else is going to do this for me but me.
